COC has you covered for some post-Thanksgiving activity. Get outside for Saturday’s (12/4) Winter League event that mixes campus sprinting with forest orienteering. Only 50 spots remain. COC would like to say Thank You to all our members, volunteers, and participants! Volunteers, we are grateful for your time and talents; our meets would not be as successful without your dedication and expertise. Members and participants, thanks for faithfully coming out to our events and making COC one of the biggest clubs in the US. We are grateful to one and all. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! We are excited to see all of you who registered for WL#2 this Saturday at North SeaTac Park. Make sure you are in the check-in line 10-15 minutes prior to your assigned start time. All spots are FULL! We need folks to not miss their start time! The weather forecast is looking good!

The next meet in the Winter League series will be Saturday, Nov. 20th at North SeaTac Park. If you want to request a start time, register by Noon on TUESDAY. All registration closes WEDNESDAY at 9pm. Don’t miss the fun! Remember assigned start times for all and check in to race 10-12 minutes prior to your start time. We also need a few more volunteers!

COC’s annual general meeting will be held October 28th, from 7 to 8:30pm, via Zoom. All are welcome to join. We’ll have a quick review of the past year, provide some details about what’s ahead for the club, and provide opportunities for anyone to ask questions, share ideas, or make connections. Pre-register here to receive the zoom link. More details are posted on the event page.
In addition to a club “state of the union”, our annual meeting is when our key volunteer positions are refreshed.
Ballots have been e-mailed to all COC members. Voting will close October 27th so results can be announced at the meeting. If you missed the e-mail, or if you’re not a member and would like to provide any feedback for the club, click here to open the ballot and survey.
