A fun mass start race with 75-minute time limit!

This is the third of six events in the 2012 Choose Your Adventure Series! 



North Seatac Park.  Registration will be located in the southern part of the park on S. 136th St and 16th St. S



A one-size-fits-all race for beginners through advanced runners. We’ll have a mass start. All 24 the checkpoints will be marked on the map. Once you visit the first 12 checkpoints in the northern part of the park you will return to the Finish area and then cleared to visit the second 12 checkpoints in the southern part of the park. The total time limit is 75 minutes!


Pre-registration is highly encouraged, as this guarantees you a printed map at the start. There will be day-of-event registration available on-site, but entries will be limited to the amount of extra maps we have printed!

Is this your first event or do you want to improve your skills? Meet us from 10:00-11:00am for up to an hour of free skills instruction!

Non-member pricing:

  • *  If renting an e-punch: $20
  • *  With personal e-punch: $15
  • *  Many events also have novice pricing for Course 1 only of just $5

Member pricing:

NOTE: Get a $3/meet discount from these prices when you register online two or more days before the event. (Does not apply to novice pricing on Course 1).

Whistle: All participants must carry a whistle while on a course at a COC event.

Course Timing: Normal events have start times from 10AM-noon, with course closure (and course markers picked up) beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Beginner Courses: All local COC meets offer a course for beginners and free newcomer instruction unless otherwise noted.
