In the dark, find as many controls as you can while staying away from vampires.

Vampire Orienteering is orienteering in the dark, with a blood-sucking twist! Fun for kids and adults alike. Bring a flashlight or headlamp.

Each person or group receives a punch card and attempts to find as many control points (using a map) as possible within the time limit. However, a small number of "vampires" are attempting to "bite" you. If a vampire gets you, you must give up your punch card to the vampire, and you become a vampire yourself!

Kids can compete on their own or in a group.

Be sure to bring a flash light or head lamp. Note that a bright flashlight makes it easy to see the controls, but also easier to be seen by the vampires.

Mass start at 7:15 p.m.
