This is the final event in the 2010 Ultimate Orienteer Series.

If you are running in the US Orienteering championships, you will also be eligible for the Ultimate-O points if you have competed in at least three other Ultimate O events this season.

Scoring for this event will be a bit different than that of the other Ultimate races. To be eligible for points, you must be entered in your USOF age category (or in a higher category). Your ultimate points will be based on the winning time in your category. See the Ultimate Orienteer page for details of how scores are calculated.

Beginner and intermediate courses will be available and you can register the day of the event.

Standard event information

Fees: The following are the standard fees for events, unless otherwise noted in the event information.

$9   Standard fee
$6   Discounted fee (under 18, course 1, or club member)
$2   Additional fee for electronic punch use

Whistle: All participants must carry a whistle while on a course at a COC event.

Course Closure: For events with the normal 10am-noon registration time, course markers are normally picked up beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Beginner Courses: All local COC meets offer a course for beginners or newcomers unless otherwise noted.
