Here is a time to help out in a park where the park staff supports orienteering.  Bring work gloves, water, lunch, sunscreen, insect repellant and any other personal items.  Dress for the weather.

Directions are above, please carpool if possible.

COC is currently conducting a major remapping of the park.  This is where the Winter O Championships in February 2011 will be held. Take a sneak peak at parts of the park while helping to maintain the park.

Standard event information

Orienteering sign Follow the orange and white directional signs to the event.

Fees: The following are the standard fees for events, unless otherwise noted in the event information.

$9   Standard fee
$6   Discounted fee (under 18, course 1, or club member)
$2   Additional fee for electronic punch use

Whistle: All participants must carry a whistle while on a course at a COC event.

Course Closure: For events with the normal 10am-noon registration time, course markers are normally picked up beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Beginner Courses: All local COC meets offer a course for beginners or newcomers unless otherwise noted.
