Registration for the 2008 event is now open!Six Degrees of Navigation Adventure RaceJoin us for the Six Degrees of Navigation Adventure Race, this year with two course lengths to choose from: 35k and 18k. Test your mind and body in a challenging combination of sports disciplines, including river trekking, orienteering, mountain biking, and land trekking. We'll also throw in some special tests just to make it interesting. The common thread is navigation: all teams must find their way from checkpoint to checkpoint using a map and compass as aids. With two courses to choose from, Six Degrees of Navigation is an adventure race that any highly-motivated team can complete. What is Adventure Racing?Adventure racing is a sport that combines several athletic disciplines into one race. The common thread through all these disciplines is navigation: everyone must find their way from checkpoint to checkpoint using a map and compass as aids.
